Return and Refund Policy

At Tanaji's Consultancy, we strive to deliver high-quality consulting services tailored to your needs. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is required. Please read our refund policy carefully:

✅ Cancellation Before Session: Full refund if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.   

✅ Technical Issues: If unforeseen technical difficulties prevent the session from occurring, we will either reschedule or provide a full refund upon request.   

✅ Unsatisfactory Service: If you believe the session did not meet expectations, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion.   

✅ No-Show Policy: Refunds will not be issued if the client fails to attend the scheduled session without prior notice.

1️⃣ Submit a Request: Contact us via email or website support within 48 hours of your session.   

2️⃣ Review Period: We will assess your refund request and respond within 3-5 business days.   

3️⃣ Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

❌ Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the scheduled session)   

❌ Completed consultations with no reported issues   

❌ Failure to provide necessary information for the session
